Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for scheduling and transit.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Katto ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture orders, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.
